Which breast pump will help yield more for milk supply?spectra seems to be raving among many mummies?Are they really good?currently I'm using medela pis but I can only pump about 40 ml per side.

For me, the correct flange size helps me yield the best milk. I use spectra flanges with my philips avent pump as the default 28mm is too large for me. I got them off shopee https://shopee.sg/product/242594539/7732031072?smtt=0.0.9
