When to go hospital *urgent pls advise*

Today is my EDD and I noticed light bleeding on my panties and when I pee. I only feel slight period pain like contractions once awhile, some pressure at lower back. Do I wait for contractions to get more intense before going hospital? Am unable to contact gynae office today as they are closed on Sundays.
