Cramps is normal?

Hi, sy 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and firstimemom. Normal ke kalau duduk kan rasa mcm cramps memanjang tp bahagian bawah abdomen sometimes mcm terkucil. Sy baca ada ckp normal tp I tak pasti cramps yg sampai mana is normal before I should go check sbb awal lg 😅😅#advicepls #firsttimemom
