Purely breastfed but turned out to be underweight.. anybody who has encountered this?

My baby is ebf but she's still underweight. Pedia has perscribed heraclene for gain weight. We also feed her more protein like Chicken and Beef. I guess her physique is slim talaga.

Thanks. Did she gain weight with Heraclene? Siguro being slim is fine kung ganun nga talaga ang built ng body nila, but the weight loss or being underweight sounds alarming.
