Mix Breast Milk feeding and Formula Milk

Hi po..ftm here..sa mga mommies na nagmimix feeding, ask ko lang po what are the pros and cons?and how do start?I'm currently pure breastfeeding my 2 mos Baby pero iniisip ko na mag mixfeeding kasi malapit na mag back to work.
