Akyat baba sa hagdan for 1st trimester

Hello po! Is it not advisable po na mag akyat baba sa hahdan everyday? Huhu. I had my miscarriage last February, and now pregnant with my rainbow baby.. I really fear baka masama ang pagakyat babw sa hagdan. I am a teacher po and yung classrooms ko from 2nd floor to fourt floor everyday. Huhu. (Buti nalang ngayon bakasyon pa)
