Ideally dapat even before ka ma buntis dapat meron ka daily intake ng atleast 400mcg na folate (folic acid). If maayos naman diet mo macover na yun ng recommended daily intake. Meron folate ang rice, gulay at prutas etc.
Kaya lang naman nagrereseta ng additional folic acid kasi minsan hinde nakukuha sa food.
Pero if ever maganda naman diet mo. I think you are good.
