1yeard old with only 2 teeth pa lng

Hello po, first time mom here. My baby just turn 1 year old, and nabahala ako Kasi 2 pa lng yong teeth na lumalabas sa baby ko. Is this normal lng po ba? If Hindi po, does it need to consult sa dentist na po ba?
