BF baby

Hi mummies I am currently direct bf my baby. It is nice feeling that you are always wanted by your baby. However, my other elder children seems to be neglected as more attention is given to baby. This is my first time fully breastfeed my baby. The other children was introduced to bottle at 6 months. Baby now is 10 mo. Would like to find out how long do you direct bf your baby? At what stage you wean off baby from latch on? How do you do it? Thanks! ?
