How to differentiate polyps/miscarriage bleeding?

Hello mummies, I'm nearly week 10 and this morning after pee and wipe there's blood. Rushed to kkh urgent centre and was told that baby is fine and the bleeding came from my polyps. Had progesterone vaccine just in case and went home after. How do we differentiate the symptoms? because my sis in law had bleeding at her week 10 and its a miscarriage after that.. #advicepls #firsttimemom
