Fever, cough and cramp

Hi mummies, 25weeks pregnant here, does anyone feeling the same as me? Fever, cough and cramp due to coughing.. Upon checked, baby are strong kicking but my body is weak.. any mummies feeling the same currently and previous pregnancy? My previous pregnancy is bed rest for almost 7months but now my 2nd pregnancy is feeling depressing for me.. i am also working mum and MC is almost gone ..
