Drop in milk supply?

Hi mommies! I’m three weeks pp and my left breast suddenly feels softer these few days, feels more empty than usual and doesn’t fill up as fast as compared to the earlier days. Does it mean my left side milk supply is dropping? :-( What should I do? TIA
