Wanted to have a baby

Hi mga momsh.. Bago lang po ako sa group na ito. Just want to ask all of you kung ano po maissuggest nyo po sa aking tips to have a baby? I am turning 31 this year and my husband and i were planning and excited to have our little angel soon.. Talaga po bang need ifollow ang fertility cycle? i mean yung before and after menstruation.
