Hello, would love to know if you give your toddler any supplements or particular food that can support immune system? Your input is appreciated.

Tried a few supplements but all rejected. Before going Playgroup, I put on Immune System balm on his clothing & used Essential Oils (Immune System) every night before he goes to sleep. :)

My daughter usually take Vitamin C. If you are breastfeed, your LO will be very healthy and strong. As you know, LO with breastfeeding tend not fall sick easily as compare to other baby.

Breast milk is the best. My LO nvr fall sick during breast feeding period even though surrounded by us who fall sick. He gets sick after stop breast feeding four months later.

my boy attended childcare and he will get cold and flu very often... I gave him probiotic and cod liver oil to booster his immunity..

Is your kid at IFC? I noticed those who attended are quite prone to falling sick, not very much gotta do with immune system .

I give my boy Scott's vitamin C pastilles everyday. vegetables & fruits is a must have maintaining a healthy, balance diet.
