Eczema cream recommendation!!

Hi, im a first time mom and my baby has this kind of rash which i thought its a milk rash.been applying organic balm since then. At first it was healing but afterawhile it gets worst. PD said its a eczema not milk rash and he gave a steroid base cream to apply but i realised his skin is getting drier. Any recommended cream for eczema that doesnt dry up the skin? TIA
