• Protect your wife from criticism. • Keep your wife hydrated and fed. • Help her get good help if she needs it • Care for her so that she can care for your child.

Affirm her and tell her she's doing a good job. Take care of other chores around the house. Make sure she's well fed and rested. Feed the baby yourself when she needs to sleep.

wake up on time to help clean the bottles and diapers. especially the bottles hehe
