Eczema rashes getting worse

I have eczema and lately my skin has been extremely itchy. The bulk of the rashes is around my thighs, butt and back. I’m in my 14th week of pregnancy and I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations for creams or lotions that has worked well for them! I’m using hydrocortisone at the moment, but I’m looking for an everyday topical cream that isn’t heavy and absorbent.
