Pregnancy symptoms

I had a miscarriage last Feb. I recently tested positive. Is it normal to feel no symptoms other than slight cramp and sore boobs? This is totally different from my first lost - morning sickness which is on an other level. Having no symptoms make me anxious and worried if it will be a repeated loss as I’m still early and have not seen a gynae
