Work during first trimester

How are your first trimester like? Did you take days off work with mc? I feel that my work's making me so tired that i surrender to using mc sometimes, not sure if that's right but it's so hard to get up from bed in the morning and sometimes, the days are really tough. I hope second trimester will make me feel better then i can catch up with work then.
