I do it 3 times at work. Store the milk in a cooler bag in the pantry fridge. Pump parts in a Ziplock bag in the fridge. wash them only when I get home at night.

Before i go to work, 6-7am, i pump. Then, at 1pm i pump at work. And since we don't have ref in the office, pinapatong ko siya sa kung saan tutok ang aircon hehe

1st 3 months 3 times, now just twice. rinse the pump with water and then rinse with hot water from dispenser, dry with tissue, put in refrigerator for next use.

😁 Like me, hassle po kasi pag wash lagi

3-4 times 7:30am, 10am, 12pm, 3pm Just put your accessories in a clean container then put inside the fridge. Before using i will just wash it with a hot water.

Started with 2 times then cut to 1. Just put in clean container (like lock & lock those kind) and put in fridge. I just dropped all my pumps at work . Lol yay

2x a day.

11am and 4:30pm. I only wash pump parts using hot water. No soap akong ginagamit.

2-3 times at work. We have a freezer atthe infirmary for storing, washes n parts with dishwashing soap, put in hot water then store in my thermal bag.
