How do you cook egg for 8 months lo? Hard boil egg or steam egg? How to get rid of the egg white? My 8 months old currently have 1 meal a day . Only carrot, broccoli and fish. Other then that he drink milks all the time..

you can egg yolk now. i would hard boil the entire egg. once cooked, i would peel the eggs and remove the egg whites (usually i will just eat them) then i give half a yolk to baby. i will mix into his porridge for him
