Hi, so I had my second baby three weeks ago and lately I've noticed my boobs hurt really bad. With my first my boobs didn't hurt this much so I was concerned there might be something wrong. Luckily I saw my doctor and I am not engorged or anything just bringing in more milk this time. What do you guys use to help with your boobs aching?
