Dermoid Cyst

Has anyone here nakaka-experience ng dermoid cyst while preggy? I'm 9 weeks and 3 days preggy and nakitaan ako ng dermoid cyst sa left ovary ko measuring 2.4 x 2.6 x 2.9cm. Medyo nagpapanic po ako, makaka-affect po ba ito kay baby? Kelan ko kaya ito pwede ipasurgery? First time mom here.
