pregnant or not?

Delayed ako sa period ko mga 7 days. I took pregnancy test and resulted to positive. But a week after i got my period, confused ako if period nga ba yun. Kasi di ko naman massbi na spotting lang sya although mahina pero it last about 3days. I might be preggy po ba or mali ung pt ko. ? Thank you po
