Low supply of BM

Anyone experiencing low supply of BM and menstruation started as early as 3mths from due date? Max 40ml of BM pumped in 8hrs, or 5ml/10ml in 3hrs... I drink at least 1.5litres of liquid everyday. Feeling guilty and demoralising seeing low supply of BM but others moms are complaining of having too much bm..
