Rash on body

9w FTM here. From last week, I started developing this itchy rash on my breasts, it runs down the side of my waist, and some on my back. I have got a few spots on my left wrist too. Don't know what's going on as I didn't eat anything new, or change shower gel. I have seen a polyclinic doctor today who said it doesn't look like dust allergy, and asked me to go back next week to be seen by a dermatologist. Anyone has the same issue? I never had eczema before.
