Blinking excessively

My 3 years old daughter blinking excessively, even worse when she is watching Tv or Ipad. but she only having screen time less than an hour a day, cos she much prefer playing, so i am sure her blinking problem is not caused of gadgets. does anyone experience this? I am so worried.
